intention and hope are not to be...

Bismillahirahmanirahim.
Assalamualaikum and salam 1 Malaysia people.
Everytime the school examintaion ends , we'll receive our marks in a week time aite?.Subsequently, we can hear so much groaning voices from those people who didn't manage to achieve good marks(I've been through this many times).Many would say that "I've prayed for good marks , but I didn't accomplish what I've aimed"...

Now, I'll go through my topic which is about , 'Supplications(doa)'.Perhaps , you've heard the expression of "Doa itu senjata Mukmin" , even Allah clarifies in the Holy Quran , "Pray for me , I would listen to your prayer".And once was also narrated , Rasulullah s.a.w told his friend to stand the hajat prayer as to solve the problem of food hardship because of dry season.Therefore brothers and sisters , all this tell us to make supplication(berdoa). But , when we've prayed , we didn't get what we want right?(basically)

I will open up your mind with some situations that definitely relate to this.Imagine if you really crave for an iPod which cost RM1000.You ask you father for the money by saying.."Ayah , bagi RM1000..nak beli iPod"..Do you think your father will lend u the money? I guess not..but definitely you'll try to persuade him , plead him so much by giving 'muka 10 sen' , and promise to do ur best in your study.Therefore , you probably get the money.

Likewise ,try to take a pot ,add rice(uncook) , add water into it and place the pot on the table and put up your hands and pray "Ya Allah , bagilah beras ini masak , tolonglah,Ya Allah!". Well , when do you think the rice will be cooked?

So , my question here is , does our effort goes together with what we are praying for? Let's think twice.Therefore dear Muslim brothers and sisters , believe in Allah , obey Him, think good to Allah.Let's pray to Allah so that He will always give us the best..Maybe at first we thought what happened to us is a misfortune, but it may happen to prevent us from being beseiged by even more severe misfortune.Wallahu'alam.
